The team who took us were brilliant. Two young guides, one was the photographer and the other was the guide. Both very good and helpful. Looked after us very well. Nothing to fault them. Fun experience but a little daring on the big bumps. Most people love that though! Also, wear trousers as the sun reflects the quad bikes and burns!
5 hours journey each way, which sounds mad, but we had a comfy bus with aircon and a couple stops along the way. Our guide in Cairo was brilliant, he showed us around and made sure we had a good time. Seeing the pyramids in real life is something else. It was really busy that day and a bit chaotic near the site but still completely fun. We also visited the egyptian museum which I could've spent hours in. Lunch was decent, loved the grills!
I’ve always wanted to try diving but was honestly a bit nervous. I booked the beginner’s tour and it ended up being one of the best things I did in Hurghada! The instructors were really patient and explained everything clearly before we even got in the water. I liked that they didn’t rush us you could tell they were used to working with people who’d never dived before. The first dive was shallow and guided closely, which helped build confidence. We did two dives in total, both in beautiful spots with loads of fish and corals. Between dives, we relaxed on the boat and had lunch, which was simple but decent. The boat was clean, not too crowded. By the end of the day, I felt comfortable underwater and actually keen to try it again sometime.. I will be back soon!
The show was entertaining, especially for the little ones. They absolutely loved the dolphins and sea lions
Everything was well organised. It’s an early start and quite a bit of time on the road, but you do get to see a lot in one day. Karnak Temple was incredible, and the Valley of the Kings was a real highlight. Our guide was knowledgeable without overloading us with too much. Lunch was decent too. If you’ve never been to Luxor, this is a great way to experience the key sights without the stress of planning it all yourself.
Everything was smooth from start to finish. The team was helpful, the pickup was on time, and the boat ride over was a nice part of the day. The beach itself is really peaceful, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. Overall, a simple, enjoyable day out if you're spending time in Hurghada.
